THE LAKESIDE STUDIO, formerly known as William Lukes + Associates, is a full service architectural firm with both residential and commercial experience. We also provide a comprehensive range of project planning, construction project management, and advisory services to individuals, homeowners associations, public and corporate clients, and lenders. We utilize both current computer technology and traditional professional skills for drawing and project documentation.
It is my personal goal, and that of my firm, to find professional satisfaction in my work by striving to ensure that clients are completely satisfied with both the process and result of any project. A number of years ago I made the decision that this goal was best accomplished by a practice which is small in size and committed to quality. Our success in achieving this goal can be measured by the number of repeat and ongoing client relationships, and in the friendships that remain when the projects are complete. Mr. Lukes has practiced as an architect for many years and is licensed in the states of Colorado and California. He is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, has served as an arbitrator on the Construction Panel of the American Arbitration Association for almost twenty years, and is a trained and experienced dispute mediator.
