The Lakeside Studio provides architectural and other consulting services to a number of Homeowner Associations in the Roaring Fork Valley, from Aspen to Carbondale, and has been involved in HOA consulting in Colorado and throughout the San Francisco Bay Area of California since 1984. While primarily asked to lead or coordinate the architectural review process and make recommendations to the Architectural Committees of these Associations, we also assist with the following;
Development of architectural design guidelines,
Development of forms and documents for use in architectural approvals and construction project monitoring,
Progress reporting,
Maintaining good relationships with the real estate community,
Liaison efforts with local governmental agencies, approvals, and representing the HOA's interests in hearings,
Coordination with the Association's legal counsel and other advisors, and
Planning, design, and construction coordination of infrastructure and common area improvements such as buildings and landscape projects.
Mr. Lukes has extensive experience with both the creation and management of residential and mixed-use Homeowners Associations, and in working with the Association's legal counsel on the development and interpretation of Association legal documents such as Protective Covenants, CC&R's, and Architectural Guidelines and Procedures.
