Mr. Lukes has been an arbitrator on the Construction Panel of the American Arbitration Association since 1992 and has completed a number of construction, professional services, and real estate arbitrations in California and Colorado. Experience includes serving as the sole arbitrator and as a member of a 3-person panel.
